Charlotte
Managing Director
Charlotte started her career in healthcare recruitment back in 2014.
After working across many of the healthcare sectors charlotte has gained a wealth of experience which has led to the birth of Vital Care Nursing.
The vision she has for Vital Care is to build a healthcare agency that fully understands and appreciates the unique complexities that working within Care can present.
She enjoys nothing more than learning how client and candidates can benefit from joining the team and finding them roles that are flexible around their own lifestyle.
When she’s not in work she’s enjoys a busy social life, as well as being at home mothering 2 munchkins and more recently her Grandson whilst enjoying time with all the family.
Laura
Recruitment Consultant
Laura accidentally fell into healthcare recruitment 7 years ago and have never looked back. She started with PRN People (part of The Bluestones Group) then we merged to Bluestones Medical.
Her favourite thing about the job is the relationships she build with the workers and the clients.
“It’s like getting to chat with your friends every day.”
In her spare time she is the proud owner of 2 teenagers and doubles up as a walking talking cash machine.
She also loves her weekend wine & binge watching Murder Documentaries on Netflix.
Kelly
Clinical Lead
Kelly has been working in the Healthcare Sector for over 16 years, 3 of these have been spent in the recruitment sector which has provided her with invaluable experience.
Through her love of learning and development and promoting best practice she is now Clinical Lead at Vital Care Nursing.
Her job role is to ensure that all our candidates are working safely and within the current guidelines, whilst offering support in all areas clinical, this ranges from practical training to revalidation support.
Jordan
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Jordan started in Recruitment back in 2018 in Industrial Recruitment and then made the move the Healthcare Recruitment in 2020 with Bluestones Medical.
His favourite thing is everyday day is different speaking with new candidates and there previous experiences and also meeting new candidates to start them on their vital care journey.
In his spare time I play football and love spending days with his family taking his little boy to play centres and the zoo.
